What are your opening hours?
We’re open Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Closed on weekends and public holidays.
How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote by using our online order form located on the homepage, or by emailing, calling, or visiting us in-store. All contact details are available on our Contact Us page.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 7–10 working days from the time you accept your quote and we have received your garments. If you need your order sooner, express turnaround options are available for an additional charge, just let us know when placing your order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no minimum for embroidery, you can order just one item if needed. For screen printing and heat transfer, there is a minimum order of 10 items, and all 10 must have the same design and decoration size.
What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we’ll work with you to resolve any issues with quality or order accuracy.
Do you ship orders?
Yes! We offer both store pick-up and shipping options. Shipping is available for an additional charge, just let us know your preference when placing your order so we can include it in your quote.
Can I see a sample before full production?
We don’t provide physical samples, but once quote approval is provided, for all new decorations, we will send proof images (digital mockups) for your approval before production begins. For repeat decorations, proof images can also be provided upon request, just let us know when you order.
Can you embroider all types of garments?
We can embroider most garments, including shirts, polos, jackets, hats, and bags. If you have a more unique or delicate item, it’s best to bring it in-store so we can assess it in person and discuss the best approach.
